How does it work?

Every month, our Gen Y Box and Gen Z Box subscribers will receive a rad package filled with unique items, cool items from brands they may not have discovered yet and most importantly, products that will put a smile on your face.  Our boxes ship on the 1st of each month, starting September 1, 2017.
What is the difference between the Gen Y Box and the Gen Z Box?
When you subscribe,  you have the option to select from 2 different boxes. Gen Y box is designed for those who are ages 16 and up.  Our Gen Z Box is recommended for tweens and teens.
Who is Gen Y/Z Box for?
Gen Y/Z Boxes are for preteens, teens and young adults.  We want to see your personality shine and embrace the things that make you unique!  We don’t believe in just being part of a crowd.  We believe in standing out from a crowd and our boxes are curated with that in mind.
What will be in my Gen Y/Z Box?
Each month your box will be loaded with items from decor items for your room to rad accessories.  Each box is jam packed with whimsical items that are unique, fun and expressive that you haven’t seen before.  The best part is that each month it will be a surprise! At Gen Y/Z we want you to have a blast opening up your box each month and discovering the products inside.  Every month will feature a minimum of 7-10 fabulous items that we absolutely love from brands we admire with a few bonus surprise items added in.
When do you ship?
Gen Y/Z Boxes will ship out on the 1st of every month unless that falls over a weekend.  In that case, they will ship the Monday after.
Where do you ship?
Right now we are shipping only within the United States and Canada but we will be looking to expand to the rest of the world later this year.
What is your cancellation policy?
We will be sad to see you go, but to cancel your subscription you can cancel from your customer account under manage subscriptions.  If you have any issues, feel free to reach out to us at hi@genyzbox.com.  If it is 48 hours or more since you’ve been billed for the next box, your cancellation will take effect in the next billing cycle.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer refunds in the first 48 hours after a recurring payment has been submitted.  If you are on a 3 or 6 month recurring subscription, we do allow cancellations before the 15th of your first month.  We will refund the remaining months with the cost of the box received charged at the month-to-month recurring subscription price.
Can I skip a month?
Yes, you can log into your account any time before the 15th of the month to ship the next shipment.
Is there an additional charge for shipping?
We do have a $10.00 shipping charge on boxes going to the US and $14.99 on boxes going to Canada.  Although this fee doesn’t cover all of our shipping expenses, it allows us to not have to compromise the quality of the items in our box to cover the shipping fees.
What if I forget to unsubscribe?
We want you to be in full control of your subscription.  If you forgot to cancel your subscription before it renews, we have a 48 hour grace period where you can request a refund.  You must email us for us to begin the refund process at hi@genyzbox.com 
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns on subscription box items.  Each box is curated to greatly exceed the retail price we charge.  If something arrives and it is damaged, please let us know at hi@genyzbox.com and we will work with you to make it right and get a new item out to you.
My package says delivered but I cannot find it.  What can be done?
We ship via Canada Post and USPS and provide tracking information for each shipment.  If you have misplaced your tracking information, please email us at hi@genyzbox.com and we will resend you the information.  All of our packages are mailed with insurance to cover the cost of the shipment.  Please note, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  Please make arrangements to have your box delivered to a secure address or location.  If your package is lost after delivery, we will do our best to help you locate it but the best course of action is for you to contact your local post office or mail carrier.  More often than not, you will be able to find your package with them.
My local post office informed me that my box was returned to you.  What can be done?
Please be sure to double check your address on checkout and in your account.  When we receive returned boxes, we hold them for 60 days.  Please contact us with the correct address at hi@genyzbox.com.  If you wish to have your package reshipped, there may be an additional shipping charge.
When will I be billed?

You will be billed immediately when signing up for our Gen Y or Gen Z box.  After that, our monthly subscriptions will renew on the 16th of each month.  For 3 and 6 month subscriptions, you will be billed on the 16th of the 3rd or 6 month respectively.
